Fire Ban in effect as of May 7, 2026

The Coastal Fire Centre has indicated there will be an imposed Fire Ban of all Category 1 (Campfires), Category 2 & 3 (Open Fires) effective, Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 12:00 pm (noon). These measures are being taken to reduce the risk of human-caused wildfires associated with open burning activities. This prohibition will remain in place until October 31, 2026, or until it is rescinded. Anyone who spots a wildfire is asked to immediately call the BC Wildfire Service at 1.800.663.5555 or *5555 on a cell phone. #inittogether

Group Sites

Pachena Bay Campground now offers Double and Triple sites for guests who would like to stay closer together with  family and friends.

There are 5 designated sites within the campground located in vicinity of the secondary washrooms and main beach access trail to the beach.

    • Group Site A- over flow site – need to inquire with staff
      • Base occupancy is 8 adults, 2 units (tent/trailer/rv) and children under 16 yrs old no cost.
      • Additional units and people may be permitted depending on size of site and is an additional cost.
    •  Double Group Site B/C/D/E
      • Available to book online
      • Base occupancy is 8 adults and 2 units (tent/trailer/rv) and children under 16 yrs old no cost.
      • Additional units and people may be permitted depending on size of site and is an additional cost.
    • Triple Group Site A
      • Available to book online
      • Base occupancy is 12 adults and 3 units (tent/trailer/rv)  and children under 16 yrs old no cost.
      • Additional units and people may be permitted depending on size of site and is an additional cost.
